LOCS Literacy Ontario Central South is regional literacy network that helps to facilitate the communication and partnerships between the Literacy and Basic Skills Programs in the Counties of Peterborough, Northumberland, Haliburton, Renfrew and Victoria.

It has an extensive collection of adult appropriate material for use in the instruction of literacy. The aim of the center Alphaplus is to provide useful, reliant, and equitable support services that will benefit adult literacy and language learners from diverse communities.
