Our funding is directly related to the amount of contact hours between staff and students as well as tutoring hours between tutors and students. It is very important that we have the information from you as soon as possible.  That way, we can continue to provide services at the same funding level and keep important resources open.

Reporting your hours is simple! Remember that the due date is the first Thursday of the following month.

1. Get the Form: Ask for a copy of the form at our front desk or use the online form below (Just scroll down the page!)
2. Record Your Hours: Remember to record your hours each and every session. You can report them as one monthly block, but make sure they are accurate!
3. Hand it In at TVLA or Online: It’s easier than ever to hand in your tutor hours. Just do one of the following:

• Drop off your form in person
• Click “Send” after filling on the online form below.
• Fax it to 749-0084
• Phone in the information  to 749-0777 as long as it is complete and you can easily communicate it by phone.
• Email it to programs@trentvalleyliteracy.ca.
