As mentioned in our last newsletter, TVLA’s last day of 2011 will be Friday, December 23rd. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012. If we don’t see you this week, we’ll see you then!

The Trent Valley Literacy Association will be closed to the public on Friday December 9th, 2011, for additional maintenance. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, particularly for learners and tutors who may have been planning to meet on that day.
This closure continues work from our closure on Dec. 2nd.

Until about 1:00 PM today on Septe4mber 7th, 2011, technical difficulties with our phone provider Nexicom left TVLA is without phone or fax service. This has since been fixed. Please call and fax! If you tried to contact us on the 6th or early on the 7th and couldn’t reach us, this may be the cause — please call again.
TVLA’s internet service, including its email, worked perfectly well throughout the outage, and we will respond to email in our normal time frame. Thank you for your patience!
